Sharon Adiv

Sharon brings more than 14 years of credit experience and joined Endurance in June 2024. Prior to joining Endurance, she spent 14 years at Altshuler Shaham Provident Fund and Pension, where she ultimately served as Head of Credit, leading the team responsible for the funds’ debt investments. In this role, she oversaw a tailor-made loan portfolio of approximately $3 billion, comprising roughly 50 loans across the U.S., Europe, Australia and Israel. Sharon also served as a member of the credit committee and as a board member of Altshuler Shaham Properties, the firm’s real estate investment subsidiary. Earlier in her tenure, she led the CLO Desk, where she established and managed a direct investment platform in CLO tranches, growing it into a $600 million portfolio. Sharon holds a BA in Psychology and Economics from Ben-Gurion University.
