Vered Kirshbloom

Vered is CFO of Endurance and oversees the firm’s finance and risk management functions.
She brings extensive experience across fund finance, audit, compliance, financial reporting and venture capital operations.
Vered joined the Group in 2013, where she has held senior finance roles across the group. Over the years, she has overseen financial reporting, audits, tax and regulatory matters, budgeting, cash-flow analysis, and finance activities across multiple funds and investment platforms. Her work has included managing financial processes, supporting portfolio and fund-level reporting and helping maintain the financial and operational infrastructure required for investment platforms.
Prior to joining the group, Vered served as a Senior Auditor at PwC, where she conducted audits of public and private companies under U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and Israeli GAAP. She is a Certified Public Accountant in Israel and holds a B.A. in Accounting and Business Management from the College of Management Academic Studies and an LL.B. in Law.
