About Us
Endurance is an independent financing platform focused on companies and projects operating across infrastructure, energy transition, industrials and sustainability. We provide a range of tailored financing solutions — across debt and structured capital — to businesses with proven technology, visible commercial demand and capital requirements that are often underserved by conventional financing providers.
The gap we were built to close
Endurance was founded to address a financing gap identified by Firstime, an experienced venture capital platform that managed multiple funds, including a sustainability-focused fund. Through its work with technology-driven companies, Firstime observed that many businesses were moving beyond product development into a more capital-intensive phase of commercialization, deployment and scale.
At this stage, companies often require substantial capital to finance acquisitions, infrastructure, equipment, facilities, production capacity, customer contracts and other forms of real-world deployment. Traditional lenders are not always structured to underwrite the complexity, timing or growth profile of these businesses, while additional equity can be costly and dilutive. Endurance was created to provide a financing partner built specifically for this stage of a company’s growth.

Their backgrounds span institutional investment management, global banking, infrastructure credit, project finance and specialized lending.
This combination enables Endurance to understand both the commercial potential of innovation-led companies and the financing fundamentals required to support their next stage of growth responsibly. Endurance was rebranded from Firstime Credit in 2026 and continues the platform’s work under a dedicated financing strategy that spans credit and structured capital.

We work across the capital spectrum, from senior debt to mezzanine and junior debt to hybrid debt-and-equity solutions, and we underwrite with discipline and a clear focus on downside protection. Our aim is to finance growth responsibly: supporting commercial expansion while keeping the capital structure aligned with the company’s long-term sources of repayment.
