Galit Tshuva

Galit brings more than 16 years of credit experience and joined Endurance in 2024. Prior to joining Endurance, she led the credit department at Citi Group Israel, where she managed a team responsible for a portfolio of over $15 billion across approximately 50 clients, including companies in the technology, industrial, agriculture, aviation and shipping sectors, as well as financial institutions and public-sector entities. Her responsibilities included obligor ratings, facility classification, credit-line allocation and portfolio oversight. Before Citi, Galit spent a decade at Altshuler Shaham Provident Fund and Pension, where she held senior roles in the credit department and led credit investments across the U.S. and Europe totaling billions of dollars. She also served as a board member and Audit Committee member at Altshuler Shaham Investment Portfolio Management. Earlier in her career, Galit led the Credit Research department at Giza Singer Even, a leading Israeli financial consulting and investment advisory firm. Galit holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from Tel Aviv University and a BBA in Finance from IDC Herzliya.
