Omer Agadi

Omer leads Endurance’s research function and has worked with the team for five years. He has built and refined the research capability that supports the platform’s investment, structuring and underwriting decisions, providing market mapping, fund and company analysis, sector context and company-level insights across energy, infrastructure, industrials and sustainability. His work helps the team identify new investment opportunities, assess market dynamics, understand the relevant financing landscape and evaluate companies within their broader competitive and commercial context. Omer holds an LL.B. in Law and a B.A. in Business Administration from IDC Herzliya.
